Where Does Google Make Their Money
This was sent to me by one of my business partners and friends. I'd seen this before on a couple of BLOGS but the way this image way laid out thought I needed to share this with you all. For those of you that are clients and wondering why we're spending SOOOO much money on Adwords for you :) take a look at some of these stats.

Finally Google phone support is on it's way
According to a post of the Google BLOG, Google released a new phone support for ADWORDS customers. This is great news, means we won't have to communicate with nothing :).
Towards the end of last year Google stopped providing accoutn managers to ADWORDS customers which really put a backlog onto resolving ADWORDS issues. However this latest post tells us otherwise.

We’ve worked hard to keep in touch with our AdWords customers and we’re always looking for new ways to support you. Currently we offer email and online support, and today we’re introducing free phone support for all of our U.S.- and Canada-based AdWords customers. When you have a question about your account or advertising campaigns, you can now call an AdWords specialist if you prefer.
